1. Services Offered

We provide mobile and in-person notary services in the state of Florida. All notarizations are performed in accordance with Florida Statutes.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide valid, unexpired photo identification at the time of notarization.

• You must be present for the notarization (no exceptions).

• Documents must be complete (no blanks) before notarization can occur.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments may be canceled without refund if the signer is more than 15 minutes late or fails to appear

4. Fees

All fees will be clearly communicated prior to the appointment. Florida law sets maximum fees for notarial acts, but additional travel or convenience fees may apply.

5. No Legal Advice

We are not attorney’s licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Please consult an attorney for legal questions.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for the legality or content of the documents notarized. It is your responsibility to ensure the documents are correct and ready for signing.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
